At what time can I proceed to check-in on arrival day?

You may check in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. However, you may arrive before and enjoy the facilities, even if your room is not yet ready. If the reserved room is available upon your arrival, we will gladly hand you the keys.

At what time do I have to proceed to check-out on the day of departure?

You must proceed to check-out no later than noon on the day of departure. If you want to extend your stay we will inform you the same day according to availability.

Are pets allowed in the rooms?

We accept animal in two of our pavilion and there is $30 fee per stay. Please book directly with us and consult our pet policy:

Can we bring our pet into public areas of the hotel?

Animals are not allowed in the service pavilions (restaurant, front desk, bars, living rooms, meeting rooms, recreative pavilion). Otherwise, the only place in the Auberge de la Pointe where it is possible to serve food when you are accompanied with your animal is on the terrace of the Cafe-Bar « Le Mirador ». You will have to access the terrace via the outside walk. For the meals, room service is available.

May I book a rrom whitout a credit card?

Unfortunately, no. It is mandatory to book with a credit card to ensure the validity of the reservation.

Is there carpet in the rooms?

There is carpet in our rooms at the Pavillon de la Mer and the Pavillon des Îles. It is a hypoallergenic carpet and promotes soundproofing. In all our other rooms, it is a laminated wood floor.

Are the rooms all equipped with air conditioning?

The majority of the hotel rooms are air conditioned with the exception of the Cap and Sud Pavilion. We have portable fans that can be installed if requested.

Why is a pre-authorization (security deposit) asked upon my arrival?

Pre-authorization is asked to all guests upon check-in; primarily, this pre-authorization is used to open up your room credit and cover the cost of food and beverages, long distance calls, property damage, room tampering, or theft, if applicable.

What is the pre-authorization amount?

The amount of the security deposit required upon arrival is the total amount of your reservation. The deposit is charged to your credit card. At the time of your departure, if you wish to pay with another method of payment, the pre-authorization will be reversed on your card. Please allow 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution for this to appear on your statements.

Do I need to show identification at check-in?

If you present a valid credit card upon arrival, no identification is required. However, if the stay is paid for in cash at the time of arrival, a valid driver's license is required.
