Barmaid / Barman at Le Mirador Café

Job description

Under the supervision of the Café-Bar Le Mirador responsible, among things:

  • you must order
  • wait at tables
  • do different tasks related to the service.

Busboy / Busgirl

Job description

Under the supervision of the restaurant responsible

  • you must assure the providing and general cleanliness of the spaces of common service
  • fill up the plates and chariots transporting the dishes, kitchen ustensils to the dining room and vice versa
  • set up the rooms for different events.

Cook

Job description

Under the supervision of a Chef, you must:

  • prepare and cook the food according to recipes and menus (full-course meals individual dishes, specialties, etc. in order to be eaten.

Cook aid

Job description

Under the supervision of the Chef, you must:

  • assist the cook in charge of preparing meals by doing simple things in order to accelerate the preparation of the meals

Dishwasher

Job description

Under the supervision of the kitchen responsible, your main task will be to wash the dishes and accessories in order to help the staff to keep the kitchen clean

Host / Hostess

Job description

Under the supervision of the restaurant responsible, you must:

  • greet the customers at their arrival to the dining room
  • check if they have a reservation
  • accompany them to their table and help yhe dining room staff

Laundryman (woman)

Job description

Under the supervision of the laundry responsible, the main tasks are:

  • to set the washers and dryers in order to wash the different linen articles such as bedsheets, towels, regulate the machines
  • add detergent according to the amount of articles and composition
  • fold the articles and bring them to different pavilions.

Lifeguard

Job description

Under the supervision of the Pavillon Recreatif responsible, the main tasks of a person detaining her/his national bronze medal certificate are:

  • to greet the customers
  • supervise the indoor pool, the spa, the sauna as well as the cardio-muscular appliances in order to assure the safety as well as different related tasks
  • assuring the cleanliness of the sites.

Massage therapist

Job description

Under the supervision of the health center responsible:

  • evaluate and establish (with the customer) his/her therapeutic needs
  • determine the necessary techniques that will be used at a session and finally
  • apply different maneuvers according to the massage technique.

Office clerk

Job description

Under the supervisionof the controller and administrative assistant, accomplish different tasks linked to events or room reservations.

Receptionnist - day, evening and night

Job description

Under the supervision of a responsible of the reception, you must fulfill these tasks :

  • reserve rooms
  • provide information and services to the customers
  • collect the payment for the services.

Room lady / Room boy

Job description

Under the supervision of the housekeeper, the person has the responsibility of :

  • cleaning and tidying the hotel rooms after usage by a customer, as well as cleaning the common parts of the floors

Waiter / Waitress at the restaurant or for banquets

Job description

Under the supervision of the restaurant responsible, you must, among things:

  • take orders
  • wait at tables
  • do tasks related to the service.
