Dear guests, To ensure your safety and that of our employees, several measures have been put in place at our Resort in the light of the global pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus.
We ask that you do not show up if you experience one or more symptoms (fever, cough, cold or flu-like symptoms) of COVID-19 or if you have been in contact with an infected person in the last 14 days. We have set up a COVID team that will disinfect our public spaces on a regular basis several times a day.
o When making your reservation, you will be asked for as much information as possible so that your client file is complete and your arrival takes place quickly and without contact. This is why we prefer card payments and sending invoices by email.
o Upon your arrival, you and the persons accompanying you must confirm to us by signing the registration card that you do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 or that you have not been in contact with an infected person within last 14 days. You may be denied access.
o Our Recreational Pavilion (indoor pool, hot tub and bike loans ) is open and also La Relaxation Spa health center.
o We ask you not to enter your luggage at the Reception and to enter one person per family / reservation to make your arrival.
o A hand sanitizer station is installed at the entrance. This step is mandatory.
o Stickers to respect the distance of two meters are installed. o We installed plexiglass at the reception counter. You can prepare your room keys yourself. o Reception staff disinfect the counter after each client.
o During your stay, for any request, we will ask you to do so by telephone in order to reduce the crowds at the Reception.
o Door handles, distributors, payment terminals, etc. are disinfected several times a day. o The respiratory label is applied by all employees.
o No gathering is allowed in the hotel.
o Use of quality disinfectants.
o We have established detailed procedures in the event that a client develops symptoms or is declared positive for COVID-19.
o Our restaurants L’Espadon and Le Mirador café-bar have been refurbished, as have our menus, which are available by QR code.
