To cancel a reservation without charge, you must notify the hotel before 4pm on the day before your arrival.
After 4pm on the day before the arrival: the first night will be charged in full.
In case of no-show on the scheduled day of arrival: the first night will be charged in full and the remaining nights will be automatically cancelled.
A cancellation fee of $75.00/hour of treatment applies to cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
