Is there luggage storage?

Yes, the hotel offers a free luggage storage service.

Does the hotel have rooms for people with reduced mobility?

We have 2 adapted rooms at the Pavillon de Gaspé with no stairs. One with a walk-in shower and another with an adapted bathtub. Access to the Main Pavilion (swimming pool, restaurants, front desk) without stairs, is at the back by the north entrance where there is also a parking lot for people with reduced mobility.

How many levels does the hotel have? Do you have an elevator?

The Pavilion with the most floors is the Mer Pavilion with 3 floors. We have an elevator that allows access to the 3 floors of the Mer Pavilion and to the 2 floors of the Îles Pavilion.

Is the hotel non-smoking?

Yes, the entire hotel is smoke-free including the balconies of the rooms.

Is there a laundry service?

We can refer you to a laundry facility, but we do not offer on-site service.

Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles?

We have four charging stations for electric vehicles located in the front parking lot of the hotel. The use is without reservation.

Which are the TV channels available?

You will find the TV channels list in our Répertoire Auberge 2023_1.

What is your cancelation policy for spa treatments?

A cancellation fee of $75.00/hour of treatment applies to cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.

Can we have connecting rooms or a specific room number?

Some connecting rooms are available, but are not guaranteed and must be requested. Please contact the hotel directly for more information. The same applies to specific rooms, which we cannot guarantee.
